Me and ella love going to Vegas, and this trip was no different. I got braces back on, I wish I would've listened to my parents and wore my retainers, but I only have them on till January so its not that bad. The kicker, I had Dr. Smith do them again, and he is of course in Vegas! So every 6 weeks, I get to jet down there! (My mom is LOVING that!) So here are some new pictures of Ella being goofy! My mom has a bench and Ella loves to crawl on EVERYTHING so this was no different! And of course while I was there we went shopping, and Ella was burned out! She completely crashed in her stroller, and took a long nap! She has 3 teeth now, and is starting to walk! We can't believe it, she is getting so big!

I LOVE these little feet! She usually has painted toe nails too!

She was worn out after shopping all day, but she was a trooper and were teaching her young the meaning "Shop till you drop"

We love hanging out at home and we have plenty of fun entertaining ourselves. We take pictures of Ella ALOT, so I thought I would put some up for everyone to see how big she is getting! She will be 9 months old tomorrow, October 5th. She got her first tooth last week and is biting us every chance she gets. She is crawling everywhere and almost walking. Austin tells her she is godzilla and our house is New York City. I am constantly restacking our tower of dvds, but thats her favorite thing to knock down. She is a terror, but we love her.

Ella's Afro

We can't get enough of her! Because Ella has so much hair, I am able to do whatever I want with it and I do every opportunity I get! I afroed it here for Austin to see when he got home from work. He loved it, and we had to take pictures!

She has her own cell phone too

Sometimes I have to cage her in her port a crib in order to clean the house

This is Ella's Tennessee Titans outfit! She wears it on Sundays when they play. Were BIG Titans fans! (mostly Austin though) :)

She's going to getcha if you don't root for the Titans!

Another Trip to Vegas

Ella & I took a trip down to Vegas in August for her to take swimming lessons. She did great, so she will be doing them for sure next year! My whole family came over for dinner and we had cake for dessert! Ella was really eyeing the cake, so my brothers thought it would be a good idea to give her her own plate of cake, and strip her down to a diaper and turn her loose! Well this is what happened! It was really funny, and she had a great time, as you can see!

She didn't think anything was wrong!

My dad's birthday was August 17th, and my mom, Ella, and I went to put balloons on his grave. Ella had never been there before, and it was good to show Ella where her grandpa was buried. We love you dad, and miss you tons!

Ella was very sleepy, so she was making her grumpy tired face!

Winston loved being close to Ella where ever she went, even when she was sleeping!

We love going to Vegas, but we get sad because Austin isn't able to come as much! But someone has to work! :) It is sad to leave Las Vegas, but we love coming home to dad!

It's a Tennessee Thing

So for all of you who don't know, Austin is from Tennessee. Well I had never been there, so we decided that on July 3rd thru July 12 we would take a family trip there! It was so fun, and i got to meet all of the rest of my in laws, and of course they were all so excited to see baby Ella! We went out on the lake alot, and enjoyed the southern food of course! The 4th was so fun. We went down to the riverfront by the titans stadium LP Field and watched the fireworks! We had a blast and I had my first offical Hooters expierence. I wasn't that impressed though. We had the time of our lives, and we will be traveling there for Thanksgiving this year so were so excited! Ella was showing off her cute little face and her sitting skills.

It was quite a long flight, but as you can see Ella was entertained.

She slept great too!

Me and Austin got a little bored and he was trying to show off his double chin! (Which he successfully did obviously)

Uncle Todd took me tubing! I survived though, and with no injuries.

So Ella had a little accident with her clothes and of course, i didn't have any back ups! I learned a great lesson! So to say the least she rode from Chicago home like this, but she didn't even care one bit!

This was in Chicago, we stayed there for a night and spent the day there, we loved it! Crazy traffic though!

We decided to get up the next morning when we arrived in Tennessee and go for what Austin's dad described to be a "short" walk! To say the least we got home 3 hours later, and I about died! Thanks Mike, but I still love ya! :)

Ella met her best friend Boomer! They loved each other, and he was really gentle with her!

Austin's mom is an amazing photographer and she took some super cute pictures of Ella! I don't know how she got her to sit still and look this cute because as many of you know Ella is a total wiggle worm and hates to sit still! So I am glad we got some really great pictures from her! Ella loves her bling bling ring that you can see, she is already a DIVA!

She can sit up on her own and is starting to crawl!

I figured this is the best way to keep everyone updated with our little family! Austin and I were married September 8, 2007. It was an amazing day as I married my best friend. As if I didn't think my life could get any better, the lord sent us down an angel on Jan. 5, 2008. Ella Sophia was born at 12:59 a.m. She was 6lbs. 15oz. and 19 1/2 inches long! She truly is a miracle, and we don't know what we would do without her!
